Hi Gang,
I have never brought it up here until now but I have forms of creative outlet too. I didn't think they really applied to this thread but today while I was working on a sketch I realized that there is a link between writing and artwork. Whether you are working with words or oil paint some things are the same. I was working on a sketch of a horse. Horses always were my favorite subject but I haven't sketched or painted for a number of years. I struggled with the proportions of the skeleton and body. I would draw then erase it, correct and erase the correction. Draw and erase...draw and erase..over and over until I finally found that right line. I thought about my bead work. Thread the beads then take them apart again, searching for that perfect balance of apperance and of vibration. Over and over I string the same necklace in search of perfection. Write and rewrite. Write and rewrite. Always searching for that perfect line. Maybe forms of expression other than writing belong in this thread after all Tomorrow I will take another look at my sketch book. Fresh eyes can often easily see the right line much more easily.Love, LL

Oh LL, of course other forms belong here. Words are only one expression. Creation comes in many different forms. But in every creation there is found "joy". Am looking forward to your expressions here.
Love, Deb We create our own reality! It's all a matter of choice! Life is Good! Belief Becomes!

Hi Lala! Creativity...one of the mysteries which honor the human spirit... Creativity... what does it mean, where does it come from Creativity... a Chakra clearly close to the Earth On Sunday in Chat we hope to "creatively" look at this wonderful and awesome part of our Life Force. Maybe we can put some of our paintings and sculptures and beadwork etc. on line to share. I would love to see the horse as you envision it. Love and hugs, Nori - We are sitting under the tree of our thinking minds, wondering why we're not getting any sunshine! -Ram Dass- "One liners" |

You are so right, LL. Many forms of expression belong
here and are most welcomed. It is our imagination that sparks our creativity and helps us all to grow. Will you by chance be posting your artwork on your website? So glad you posted this. Hugs to you, Ivan and Shanu (hope all are doing well). Blessed Be, OneLight

Hi gang,
Nori, I'm afraid that horse in the sketch looks nothing like the one I envision in my mind....Yet. That's the challenge to it. ![]() Naaa, One light, my beading and my sketches are literally just a creative outlet for me. I have never put any of it online. I do like to wear the necklaces and ear rings I create though. Where does creativity come from? I always thought of it this way. ....... Creativity = to create to create---creator---The Creator Creativity = a gift from Creator or Co-creating with All-That-Is. Everything we use, whether it be pen and paper, oils or clay, they all began with the Earth and the Creator. When we view our world and exercise what we experience through our creativity we are, in essence, co-creating with All-That-Is ![]() Love, LL
