I have been searching for old threads on Kombucha recipes - haven't seen any. So, What are your faves? What do you like about certain teas and their properties for health, flavor etc...?

I add mashed frozen strawberries to my kombucha.

Fav medicinal tea? Pao d'arco and ipi rojo, direct from a friend in Brazil.
