To be honest with you, had no idea that we were looking for a 'God particle,' unless I read it somewhere and forgot...just thought that it already exixted.

I'm with you, Di. This stuff drives me insane!!! Billions of dollars are spent trying to find a "God particle" when it wasn't even lost to begin with!! Good Lord, can you image how many people those billions of dollars could help to feed or educate or provide shelter for?!

I think it is humorous that every few months we get these updates on the "chase." Why does a modern scientific idea - yet to be proven - need so much funding, so much press and so much hype? This unseen thing is getting more airtime than Elvis!

Perhaps the scientific truth is much simpler: the Higgs boson does not actually exist. Remember the extreme lengths man will go to in order to confirm the story he tells himself that is true. Imagine if 85% of the accepted theories in quantum physics since 1927 are simply inaccurate or incorrect.

There are other theories that are being revived as we speak. Modern technology has given man the opportunity to test them whereas in the 1930s it simply wasn't possible.

These theories do radically deviate from our accepted physical science. But they've been observed to work and they reduce the complexity of their functions. So, according to the same laws of science, they are true.

Obviously the God particle will be used for something important. I think they are probably using it on the human-alien hybrids to create super soldiers. Similar to a process that created the Incredible Hulk. A concentrated burst of the God particle will cause the hybrids to gain incredible strength. I think scientists from the Vatican came up with this idea.

I think the fires in the American West are a diversion. Probably they have been experimenting on the hybrids in the underground facilities when something went wrong. Maybe an explosion. The fires were created so that no one would notice the accident. Of course, the super soldiers are being created to fight the androids that will invade from outer space.
